I am having a mental lapse. Physician performed trans pars plana vitrectomy
with membrane peel for tractional retinal detachment. He performed a total vitrectomy, sclerotomy, mem. peel, endophotocoagulation, inj of air, Here is the mental lapse can you use both 67108 and 67042 or just 67108. I think I know the answer but just need reassurance.
