Wiki Vivelle-Dot correct billing UOS

I am auditing Vivelle-Dot pharmacy billing. What I seem to be seeing is Units of service being billed as an individual patch rather than how it is supplied (in a box of 8 "systems"). In my way of thinking the proper billing for one month would be a UOS = 1.
Anyone familiar with proper billing for Vivelle Dot ? I have tried the manufacturer with no answer since last Wednesday.
