Our practice will like to provide VNG Test to our Nursing Home patients. The CPT's are 92540, 92543 & 92546. these codes have both the Professional Component and the Technical Component. For our office patients that have this test done we will bill POS 11. Now for our Nursing Home patients (to whom we are PCP) we will perform the Professional Component there and the Technical Component will be done in our office; but the VNG CPT's can't be split.

Does anyone know what will be the correct POS, 11 (office) or 32 (Nursing Home)?:confused:
