Hi :)
My physical therapy department is going to start doing the VNG testing. I am currently preparing all things coding to start it off. As I am researching for the Correct Coding Edits for Medicare, I notice that 99211 is the only OV that needs a modifier if done on the same day. What about all the other E/M visits, why is 99211 the only one? Anyone else have any problems with this or an insight about why. Any help would be great!! :)
