Does anyone have a CPT code for Vocational Coordination?
 
Are you billing Medicaid for these services, if so the state's Medicaid provider handbook or documentation usually indicates which codes to use to bill for these services, assuming they cover them. There are a couple of Medicaid codes T2018 & T2019 that are for supported employment related services.
