Is there a CPT code to represent this work a week after the bx happened or should I include it in the E/M charge for this date?

Bleeding at vulvar biopsy site. Silver nitrate stick applied and pressure held and after repeated attempts active bleeding stopped. Pt is not in post-op period. Final dx was vulvar bleeding and the status code for blood thinner.

Yes, you should include this as part of the E/M service. Simple wound repair codes require use of staples, sutures or tissue adhesives to be billed.
