How should I code this?
If a pt has symptomatic multiple vulvar lesions and the surgeon excises and biopsies 3 of them and uses ablation on the remaining twenty lesions.
Can I code 56515 for the destruction of the twenty lesions and 56605/56606 for the remaining three that were excised and biospied? I'm not getting any edits from my encoder but I am just not sure about it.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

*** I went to the NCCI edit website and answered my own question. It has a "0" indictator so it's not allowed. **** Good thing I was questioning myself and my encoder!
