Our clinic want to start offering walk in counseling for established clients. I am wondering if there is a differnt code set for these services or if I use the standart 90804,90806, etc?

It does not matter if the appointment is scheduled or walk-in, still use the 9080x series as supported by documentation and time.
 
it does not matter if the appointment was scheduled or walk-in, it's still a therapy session, so use the 9080x series, with supporting doeumentation and time sepent face-to-face.
