Can someone please tell me how to bill 99213,17110 17111.If many warts is 17110 omitted?Please also if a modifier is needed.
Second question how do you bill and get paid on 99401?

you never bill 17110 with 17111, once you have documentation of 15 or more destructions you go from the 17110 and use only the 11711. you will need a 25 modifier on the 99213 if documentations supports the billing of the visit level with the procedure. I am not certain what you need with respect to 99401 what are you using it for currently?
