Wiki Was 780.93 ever payable for 96118?

Can anyone show me any old policies where this dx WAS payable? I called and went round and round with Medicare as we used to get paid for this a while back, but when I look at the retired policy I have, 780.93 doesn't show on there as ever being payable either. Any thing you have would be great.Thanks
