Good afternoon,

How would I code this scenario? Dorsiflexory base wedge osteotomy 1st metatarsal with internal fixation and exostectomies dorsal 1st and 2nd cuneiforms as well as excison of ulcer with primary closure great toe (plantar ulcer). I am coming up with 77.27-28005 or 80.18 28022. Any help is very much appreciated.
