Weeks of gestation with spontaneous miscarriage?

Is it required to code weeks of gestation when there is a documented spontaneous miscarriage? If not known, code unknown weeks??

I have done it with the weeks gestation and with out when it was unknown and have not had problems getting paid either way. I would add the weeks if it's known and just use the unknown like you mentioned if it's not.
