What diagnosis code would you use for a 3 mo old that is in for weight check so they can receive their Synagis vaccine (given elsewhere)?

I think the best bet is V04.82, need for prophylactic vaccination and innoculation against certain diseases, respiratory syncytial virus. Pre-admin weight checks and post-injection observation are a part of the RVS innoculation, so V04.82 probably best defines the need for the product, even though you are just doing the workup and not the injection itself.
