We have a patient who came in to check her weight and growth (8 years old) since seemed to be going down the scale instead of up. Doctor just wanted to check to between yearly physicals. Her growth had improved at this visit. Any suggestions? thanks

You could always use V67.9 Unspecified follow-up examination
