would it be common to bill out multiple well visits (i.e. 99391) for a new born or will I find that there is a limit? Thanks.

You should check with each patient's insurance company. Some policies have limits at to how many visit they will cover.

This information is included in the patient's policy when you call for benefits. It is usually 3-4 visits.
