Hi- I have a claim in which wellmed is denying CPT code 22840 as bundled to 22612 and 63048 as bundled to 63047. This does not make sense but it was upheld on appeal?
I looked to see if I could find a bundling logic or anything and found nothing.
Any recommendations?
Maximus indicates it doesnt accept provider appeals
