:confused:I am really struggling on the wellness visits. Physician billed out a 99395 along with 88164, 81002, 81025, and 76801. Everything denied with BCBS. I just need some guidelines or a good website to go to. What is all included on the OB wellness visit, etc? What can be billed separately? You can tell I am lost on OB/GYN. Any thoughts or comments are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
