When you have a pt that comes in for a premarital visit should it be coded as Z02.89 along with the Z01.41X code or just the Z02.89 code alone?

It is a visit that pts request to come in for before they get married; bc counseling, intercourse counseling, that sort of thing. My docs do a pelvic exam as well.
 
Interesting. Never seen anything like that. It does list premarital exam under z02.89, so I would just use that. The Z01.41x would be for preventive exams or breast/pelvic like G0101.
