I have a case where there was a uni knee done and 2 weeks later they came back to have a poly exchange done due to an infection. My question is, how am I supposed to code a Uni Poly exchange? Is this coded as an unlisted? or is this coded as 27486-52?
I keep getting conflicting information on this so I am not sure how to proceed.
