What are the MDM requirements for behavioral health sleep studies?

I work for a behavioral health insurance. I do prepayment review to ensure that the provider is documenting appropriate to the CPT they are billing. We are having a disagreement with how sleep studies should be documented for MDM. The provider is reviewing the study and evaluating the sleep problems and needs. Rarely do they discuss medication mngmt or the efficacy of those meds. (no psych meds), but they do discuss sleep aids. In determining MDM, is this sufficient for 99214?
