Hello new to specialty. What CPT code is used for J2787? Thank you.
 
I hope you got an answer prior to mine. J2787 is Photrexa (riboflavin) for Corneal Crosslinking. Its billed with 0402T - RT/LT

Have you had much experience in receiving payment from insurance on this? Any suggestions are appreciated as my Practice is offering it beginning next month. I'd like to get an idea of what all documentation payors want submitted so I'm ready.
