We do stress test in office and the doctor may finalize the report a day so or later? What date is to be used for 93015 the date of the test and supervision or the date the report is dictated? Also, is there a place in the medicare manual that states what date is to be used?

In our office we bill for the date the test is done, and the doctor dictates with that date on the report
