What ICD-10-PCS code do I use for an ABD and Pelvis CT with contrast?

Can anyone help me figure out what PCS code to use for an Abdomen and Pelvis CT with contrast, I chose BW2110Z because they used contrast but then the 0 indicates unenhanced and enhanced, does it matter if they only did a CT that was enhanced with contrast and not an additional one that was without contrast? Or do I use BW211ZZ?

My other question is what if they only did an abdomen and pelvis ct without contrast do I still yous the BW2110Z (since the 0 indcated unenhanced) or do I use BW211ZZ instead?
