Dr tried to aspirate into a cyst on foot. Nothing came out & the aspiration failed.
A lot of time was spent on this. An injection was used and worked.
Would 96372 be the correct code this along with OV?
Can I bill for the injection & if yes what code should I use? Any modifiers needed (such as a reduced service)?
I want to make sure he is getting paid for the complete procedure & time that was taken.
