Hello,

I never heard of this and the paragraph states:

The dissection was then carried further lateral overlying t he facet joints at the L4-5 and L5-S1 levels bilaterally and with appropriate instrumentation and localization facet stapling fusion was accomplished at L4-5 and L5-S1 levels bilaterally without complication.

After this, the laminectomy was performed.......Is this included or is there an actual code for this?
