What is "MA" and/or "ACA" Commercial coding?
Ive seen listings in jobs that ask if you have this/these experience.
Anyone know what they mean or stand for?
 
could it be MA for Medicare or possibly Medical Auditing and ACA for Affordable Care Act although I don't see what that would have to do with coding but just a couple of guesses.
 
MA could also be Medicare Advantage?

I've seen some ACA specific coding policies posted on our local BCBS site requiring mod 33 on certain codes, so maybe that could be an example of what the employers could be looking for. Just someone familiar with those policies.
