So we use 90791 for an intake of non-physicians. H0031 is the HCPCS equivalent - inital assessment by non-physcian.
90792 is used for intakes with medical services and/or performed by a physician (MD/DO).
What is the HCPCS equivalent for intake performed by a physician?
