What is the ICD 10 code for Ectasia Iliac Artery-Is it I77.9 or another code?
 
There really isn't a code. I hate to use the unspecified I77.9. Usually if there is ectasia in the iliac there is atherosclerosis somewhere else, typically in the femoral, or aorta. My suggestion for what its worth... talk to your provider. Most likely there is a CXR or CT chest in the chart that substantiates for the clinician a diagnosis of Aorta Atherosclerosis which is I70.0 but he/she must review and document first.
