Wiki What modifer???

I must be having a brain fart but I can not for the life of me find what modifier I need to use. I have a child that had stitches put in at another facility by another dr(not sure it was even same town), we are the childs regular pedi and they have come to us to have the stitches removed. What modifier can I use?:confused:
 
Keep in mind that suture removal is part of the global package of the insertion. So that means that your not going to be paid, which is why if documentation supports you should bill an office visit.
