On Amount and/or Complexity of Data: I can't find anything that will help me determine whether my provider "reviewed the results" of a test or did an independent interpretation of a test. Does anyone have a handle on this?
To me, as a provider, "Review" means I just read the report from the entity which did the test, such as blood work done by an outside lab or an MRI. "Independent interpretation", to me, means that I may have disagreed with the interpretation of the test results in the report and entered my own interpretation of the results of the test into the record.
