can I use wheeze/wheezing as a quality? DR has in the HPI, 2year old with fever, cough and wheeze x 2 days otc meds without relief.. or do I only have 3 in the HPI?..Thank you, alice
 
Wheezing is used as quality/character on our T-charts for respiratory complaints.

At my facility, we may use an inferred location for the HPI - vomiting (GI), SOB, cough, wheezing (respiratory)... Does anyone else?
