When billing a sprio (94010), Patch Placement (95044) does a MD, PA or NP have to physically be on site or can they be at another physical location?

If you are billing for services performed in the physician's office, then a supervising provider must be physically on site for all services. There have been some exceptions granted during the pandemic to allow for supervision via telehealth, but that is just a temporary accommodation.
