Wiki When coding the 26 component

I have an NST where patient was seen on 6/10/10 and the Dr. signature is dated 6/29/10. I know that the physician read it on the 10th before the patient was allowed to leave, but there isn't any written documentation. Where can I find guidance for the rules for this?
