Where can I find full description on the 37254 - 37299 codes? Currently using 2025 CPT book.

First - be aware that there were 288 new, 46 revised 84 deleted CPT codes in 2026, plus lots of new and revised guidelines which aren't going to be free. You're better off looking for a cheap 2026 version.
The only free list I would trust is in the final 2026 Medicare physician fee schedule. Scroll down to the pdf for CMS-1832-F https://www.cms.gov/medicare/payment/fee-schedules/physician/federal-regulation-notices/cms-1832-f.
