In the 2012 CPT book, there was a list in the index under Removal, Foreign Body (page 768) and it had about a column and a half of foreign body removal codes such as hand, leg, etc.
This list is nowhere to be found in the 2013 CPT book! I have looked under Foreign Body and Removal, and cannot find it. I've also looked under the body part, such as hand and cannot find a foreign body code.
Does anyone know how they listed these CPTs in the 2013 book or did they just not include them in the index at all this year? At this point, I've just copied the index from that page of the 2012 CPT book, but it is really frustrating that I cannot find it.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated, I know most foreign body removals will fall under the integumentary codes, but I do need to know where the other codes can be looked up for situations that are beyond what 10120 and 10121 cover.
