Where to Draw the Line b/w PE and AWV

Where do I draw the line between the physical exam and an AWV? I can find a lot of information about each one and the differences
but when I am coding, I can see the differences, but I have difficulty choosing if I should add the physical exam. Sure would appreciate opinions.

A good way to look at is, AWV is not "hands on". It consists of a questionnaire to complete as well as questions presented by the provider to develop a "personalized prevention plan" based current health and risk factors. I'm sure you've already been to the site, but https://www.medicare.gov/coverage/yearly-wellness-visits has a lot of information.
