Wiki Whether we need to add 52 modifier for 10120 ?

Hi Team,

Soft tissue ultrasound of right lower leg showed a possible foreign body. 3mL of 2% lidocaine with epinephrine used to anesthetize the site. 11" blade was used to make an incision. No foreign body appreciated.
Closed with 3-0 Ethilon suture in a simple, interrupted fashion with 3 passes. Cleaned. Triple antibiotic on top then a Band-Aid.

I THINK IT WOULD BE INCLUDE WITH E&M. NO NEED TO CODE THE CPT 10120.

If a foreign body was removed without an incision, it should be included in an E&M. However that is not the case here. I think the consensus of the thread is 10120-52.
