Not sure which cpt injection code to use. The patient received a corticosteroid injection and I have posted the procedure here. Any suggestions as to which code I should use.
Under ultrasound guidance, 1 mL of 40 mg per mL of Depo-Medrol and 3 mL of 1% lidocaine, were injected surrounding the proximal portion of the semimembranosus myotendinous junction, which correlated to her palpable area of tenderness.
