We are DME, not contracted with Medicare. We are trying to firgure out the fee schedule. We provide equipment over the US, mainly in CA (we are located in KS).
How is the fee schedule determined....
by our region where we are located, or, the region inwhich the services were provided?

I'm new to DME, so unsure of the billing guidelines & haven't worked in a field where we cross so many states!
