I feel like there must be a resource for this that I am just not aware of. I use Codify as well so maybe it's in there somewhere and I'm not seeing it? I am trying to see if there's a resource that will tell you what type of provider can bill a specific code. I have a Physicians Assistant who practices independently (UT) who is asking if she can bill 93922, 93925 and 93970. If she's only enrolled and contracted as an individual can she just bill the professional components of these codes and if she wants to bill the technical component would they need to be enrolled as an IDTF? I feel like I have looked everywhere and it should be such simple guidance but I cannot find it.

Hello,

I found this from CMS' website regarding your issue. This led me to the second link.
I believe parts (a) and (b) of the second link may answer your question.
It is not code specific but does mention diagnostic testing and the IDTF situation.
I have used Optum Encoder Pro in the past which had a lot of detailed info.
Unfortunately, it isn't at my disposal otherwise, I would look it up for you.
