Why are CPT II codes 1101F and 4040F being denied as invalid codes when being submitted with E/M codes by Medicare?
 
Hi there. The F codes are quality measures. What denial codes are you receiving?
 
Did anyone ever find anything about this? All of our Cpt Category II F codes cause denials M20 and MA130 as well. We can't figure out how to stop this and its causing huge issues with claims that should process getting rejected.
