I am coding a a op note that the procedure is bilateral wide excision of mastectomy wounds with complex closure 28cm x 12cm per side. Any thoughts on this, txs I am thinking 13101 n 13102x4

Wouldn't you have to code 13101 and 13102?133? (28?12?2)-7.5=664.5?5=132.9
