Wide local excision of left scalp melanoma

Hello,
I have a wide local excision of scalp melanoma down to the pericranium
I am having a hard time finding a CPT code for this excision.

If it was a tumor/malignancy of cutaneous origin, CPT instructs "eg, melanoma, see 11620-11646."
There are excision codes for excision of soft tissue tumors of the head (21011-21016) but the CPT note indicates the integumentary codes for a melanoma.
