Will it help get me the job?
I am currently a Patient Access Rep-Lead and am looking to get into a supervisor/manager role. I have been in the healthcare admin world for almost 12 years now, within RCM, charge entry and patient access roles. Would having this certification impress possible employers if I was to take and pass the exam?? I don't want to spend the money on the training and exam if it isn't going to help me learn more about how to run a practice and create possible job opportunities.
