Hey all, I am new to workers comp billing. For audio only visits, are these timed E/M codes or are they office visit codes 99202-99215?

Neither. (and these codes will expire at the end of the year). 99441-99443.
I hear that billing telehealth will go back to pre pandemic rules, but I didn’t start billing until the pandemic, so I’m not familiar with the old guidelines. Can you help clarify and/or help me know where to find these guidelines?

You would do what the NYS WC fee schedule tells you to use for telehealth or audio only or the WC carrier that is being billed.
They will probably update this for the next year. Sometimes WC is behind one year from adopting the current AMA CPT and other guidelines.

Same concept as here:

Work Comp is one area where it is usually easier and more straightforward to get information and guidance on how to bill things. You can't always use the same concepts as commercial or CMS.
