Woods Lamp exam and Ocular pressures in ED

I have a client who is wanting coding for a woods lamp exam and 1 set of ocular pressure measurement to be coded on a ED visit. I do not code these services seperately from the E/M.

Just so that I have utilized all of my resources, I wanted to see if anyone out there has experience with this scenario.
