I have a NC work comp claim for anesthesia services the work comp carrier is out of CA and they won't pay on my claim unless I use a code from the CA work comp fee schedule. I tried going to a website they provided me and I still can't find what they are looking for? The one person I have been able to reach totally blew me off - any suggestions - I'm stumped?
