Wiki Work Comp phone call and review coding

Hi all,

So my doctor had a 12 minute telephone call with an attorney's office regarding a work comp claim. He then went through over 70 pages for review which took 47 minutes. This totaled to 59 minutes of the doctors time. How would I go about coding the two separate aspects.

99442 for the 11-20 minutes of phone time?
99080 for the review of attorney documents?
