I have a physician billing a work comp. claim, as a new patient, to the work comp. claims ins. On one particular claim, he also billed a wellness exam with an E/m (with a mod 25) and the work comp claim as a new patient on the same day!!!!........can anyone give me any information on the legal aspects of this or where I can find information on this. I have to set up a meeting with him asap. thank you !
