I work for an orthopedic practice with 3 offices, in Florida with 8 providers that do surgeries; I am having a hard time getting the face sheets in on time and when I do get them, they need to be faxed from one of the other offices, where I have to print them, then pull the op reports and print those. Then once I am done coding each one, I scan everything into the patient chart. Am trying to avoid papers! Looking for your work flows, so I can compare. :confused:

There has to be an easier way, hoping someone has a good idea/ suggestion.
